As a small, capacity-limited provider, we use referrals to protect support quality and maintain manageable customer volume. Services are remotely delivered, and you receive the scope, price, and service term before authorizing payment.

We verify the referral and confirm that we have capacity to support the requested service. Approved customers then receive onboarding details and optional access to our Discord support workspace.

Review the configuration, service term, and total price in USD before payment. Digital access or scheduled support is then delivered according to the fulfillment policy below.

Service & Purchase Policies

Please review these policies before purchasing. The specific service, resource allocation, billing term, delivery estimate, and total price in USD will also be provided in writing before payment.

Pricing & Billing

Services start at $10 USD and are individually quoted based on the requested configuration and level of support. VPS offerings are custom-configured packages, not fixed commodity plans; each VPS quote specifies its vCPU, RAM, SSD storage, bandwidth, server location, support scope, and service term. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Quotes, invoices, and receipts identify the service purchased, applicable configuration, prepaid service period, and final price. Services do not renew automatically. Continued service requires a new quote or invoice and a separate, manually approved payment. We do not charge until you approve the quote.

Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

VPS services are delivered electronically through access credentials and setup instructions. Technical-support services are delivered remotely at an agreed time. The expected activation or appointment timeframe is included in your quote or order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply.

Refund & Dispute Policy

The following baseline refund terms apply unless a more favorable policy is stated in your written quote or required by law:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if Sigma iT Solutions cannot deliver the service described in your approved quote.
  • You may request a refund within 24 hours after initial service activation if a technical failure prevents the service from functioning as quoted and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • After the initial 24-hour period, we do not provide prorated refunds for billing periods in which credentials, VPS capacity, or other dedicated resources have been actively used.
  • If you do not want to continue after the prepaid service period, no cancellation action is required and no additional charge will be made.

To request a refund or dispute a charge, email us with your name, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Cancellation Policy

VPS services are prepaid for the service period stated in the approved quote and do not renew automatically. To continue service after that period, you must review and manually pay a new quote or invoice. No future payment is taken without your approval. Ending service early does not produce a prorated refund after credentials or dedicated resources have been actively used, except as provided in our refund policy or required by law. One-time support appointments may be rescheduled or canceled before work begins.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a service, you agree to the service description, quote, billing term, and policies shown here. Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use a VPS for unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, infringement, attacks, fraud, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt networks or services. Customers must follow applicable laws, software licenses, game rules, and third-party platform terms. We may suspend service used in violation of these requirements. Serious abuse, fraud, attacks, malware distribution, or unlawful activity may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Service Limitations

Network speed, latency, availability, and compatibility depend on third-party networks, customer equipment, software, location, and other conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee access to any particular game or website, or that every game or software package will be compatible with every VPS configuration. Minecraft and other referenced product names belong to their respective owners; Sigma iT Solutions is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by them.
